The 10th anniversary International Conference ProStarch 2026: From Raw Materials to Bioeconomy will traditionally serve as the main platform for leading industry experts to meet, exchange experiences, and present current research. The event, organized by the Association of Deep Grain Processing Enterprises, will take place on April 14-15, 2026, at the Congress Center of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The deep grain processing industry in Russia consists of about 20 companies. The total capacity for processing corn and wheat reaches 9,000 tons per day. The companies directly employ 6,050 people. Current issues in the development of existing plants, as well as new projects, will be the key topic of discussion at the ProStarch 2026 conference.
The success of previous conferences demonstrates the growing interest in the industry. In 2025, the ProStarch conference brought together more than 140 participants from 70 companies in Russia, China, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries. The event featured 10 stands from engineering and technology companies, as well as presentations by 20 industry experts. The Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation brought together managers of grain and potato processing plants, potential investors, representatives of industry associations, analytical agencies, and the scientific community.
The tenth anniversary of the event will take place in 2026, proving its popularity and solid reputation. The conference will be held on April 14-15, 2026, at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation at the following address: Moscow, Ilinka Street, 6/1, building 1. The event will be held in a hybrid format — offline and online. The event expands its scope to cover topical issues of deep grain processing and industrial biotechnology — from raw materials to the bioeconomy.
