This anniversary event will be a key platform for specialists in the grain processing industry: managers of grain and potato processing plants, potential investors, representatives of industry associations, analytical agencies, and the scientific community.
In 2025, the conference brought together 140 participants from 70 companies in Russia and abroad, 20 speakers, and 10 exhibitors. In 2026, the event will celebrate its tenth anniversary, proving its popularity and solid reputation. The event is expanding its scope, from deep processing to industrial biotechnology. The format is hybrid: online and offline.

Organizer: The Association of Deep Grain Processing Enterprises (Starch union) is a non-profit organization that brings together 18 of the largest companies in the industry, accounting for more than 85% of domestic production of starch, maltodextrin, glucose-fructose syrup, and L-lysine sulfate.
